Finance sub-committee

Our Finance sub-committee consists of three residents and the Estate and Finance Directors of the Brighton Marina Residential Management Company.

The committee usually meets on a quarterly basis to review all aspects of how residents' service charge payments are spent, including a comparison of actual spending against budget and towards the end of the year an analysis of the next year's budget.

The minutes of meetings will be published here. The documents are password protected, the password is the same as that for recent Sunday meeting minutes as advised by email when they were distributed. The meetings of the sub-committee have been suspended until the COVID-19 virus situation has improved.
