The Maintenance sub-committee is made up of five residents, the Estate Director, Property Manager and Property Inspector of the Residential Management Company. It usually meets monthly to discuss maintenance policy and scheduled maintenance in the residential areas.
The committee is currently meeting via 'Zoom' due to COVID-19 restrictions.
