Members' meetings

Subject to confirmation, the next General Meeting will be on Monday 27 July 2026 at 5.00pm at the Malmaison Hotel. The AGM will be held at 4.45pm on the same day.

Minutes of these meetings are distributed to members by email but if you are a member and would like to download copies of previous meeting minutes you can do so here.

The archive of older minutes is incomplete but will be added to as and when copies are located.

The minutes are password protected, the password for all is the same as advised by email when the recent minutes were distributed. If you are a BMRA member and can't find or don't know the password please click here to email for assistance.
